How does car sharing work? Quick & easy Steps

Getting started

• Creating your account

  Download our app or go to the website and click on the "Create account" button. Follow the steps and fill in your personal information. You’ll need to upload a photo of your driving licence and a selfie of you holding it. One of our team will check your licence and activate your account, usually within 24 hours. Make sure to add your debit or credit card details to your account. You’ll only be charged when you make a booking.

• Booking your vehicle

  Use the app or website to find a car or van for your journey. Enter the time you want to pick up and return the vehicle, and what kind of car or van you want. Check the date/time, pricing and vehicle location, then tap the Book Now button to confirm. You'll still be able to edit and change your booking afterwards.

• Setting up your payment method

  We’ll ask you to add your favoured payment method on your first booking. Please note we can only accept payment with debit or credit cards. You’ll be charged automatically when you make a booking.

• Editing your booking

  To extend or edit your booking, simply tap the Edit button on the app. Bear in mind that some changes may be time limited (for example, you can’t extend your booking if someone else has booked your vehicle later on). If in doubt, contact our helpdesk.
